SHIPPING POLICY
I'm so excited to ship some art to you! It really means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere.
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via nrczupryna@outlook.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at nrczupryna@outlook.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nrczupryna@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
